When you purchase stationery items from us, it is not only standard information such as your choice of wording that we need to obtain from you. Because we print your guest names on your stationery and even their names & addresses on your envelopes as standard, we have to capture that information from you. The way we achieve this is very simple. You update our secure Guest Notebook website with your guest information. The fact that our Guest Notebook is web based means that it is totally convenient for you. You can update your Guest Notebook at home, at work at your parents or friends house. It is so easy.

You are given a password to access our secure online Guest Notebook. Using this very simple tool (and it is very simple), you are able to key in the necessary information in your own time, the website will guide you as to what you need to complete based on what you have ordered. If you have ordered stationery that has to be posted to your guests (such as invitations), you don’t even need to type your guest’s addresses, you simply enter the postcode and confirm the correct address.

Take the time to complete your details (remember this is all information that you will have to provide somehow anyway, it’s no extra work) and it is completely secure, nobody other than you will be able to access your information. Although the notebook is very simple, it contains help information at every point to aid you through the process and remember that you can call us at anytime.

Remember your information only needs to be input once, for example if you have confirmed your guest’s names and addresses for your invitation order, you don’t need to repeat it for your Thank You Card order. You only need to add any additional friends that you may wish to thank or change an address if a guest have moved house.

Guest planner bonus!

As we have taken the time to build something to enable you to pass your information efficiently and safely, we decided to also add some optional useful extras to enable you to use it as a guest planner. This is absolutely free of charge and available if you want to use it.

For example if you have ordered invitations and have taken the time to enter your guest details, you will be able to record useful information against those guests. You can log whether they have accepted your invitation, are Adults or Children and have any special dietary requirements. You can see clearly on the screen the number of acceptances that you have received and who is yet to reply.

If you have also ordered table stationery and have very simply confirmed which guests are seated at which table, you can print a comprehensive report to give to your reception venue that provides:

All guests
Where they will be seated
Whether they are an adult or a child
Whether they have special dietary requirements

It's everything that your venue will need to enable them to arrange the place cards and serve the correct meals. It's brilliant!

We have worked very hard with our clients and wedding venues to produce this extra bonus guest planner. They can't express enough how helpful it is. Remember though, you don't have to use the extra bonus feature, it's completely up to you.
